Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer flat-rate shipping of $7.00 for all orders within the United States. Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping. Most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days after processing.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada and select international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days (Monday - Friday) are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Subscription Shipments
Subscription orders are automatically processed and shipped according to your selected frequency (every 2 weeks or monthly). You will receive an email reminder before each shipment. Subscription orders include free shipping on orders over $50.
Return Policy
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Food Product Policy
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns of opened tea products. Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, minus shipping costs. Items must be in their original, sealed packaging.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us. We will work with you to find a solution, which may include store credit, exchange, or refund depending on the circumstances.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team through our Contact page or email returns@pureamiteacompany.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization within 1-2 business days.
